Behavioural profile assessments
Is the career you have chosen suited to your personality?
Find out who you really are before wasting time looking for
employment in the wrong direction!
It is very important that you understand yourself in relation to your job,
your family and your daily living environment. Why? By identifying your unique
traits, you will learn to appreciate the style that is yours and yours alone and
be able to communicate better with potential employers when being interviewed,
as well as work better within your team.
The Behavioural Profile implements the concepts of DISC, based on the work of
Dr. William Moulton Marston. In 1928, he published a book, The Emotions of
Normal People, in which he described the theory we use today. The profile is
a behavioural assessment designed to accurately measure the four dimensions of
normal behaviour (dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness) - its validity has been scientifically tested. It provides a
report with insights and information on specific graphs, including:
- Work environment
- Adapted and natural behaviour
- General characteristics
- Key strengths
- Tendencies
- Improving effectiveness
- Words that don't work
- Keys to adapting effective communications
- Communicating with others
Don’t you want to learn how to improve your interviewing skills and
performance? Use your knowledge to adapt your behaviour and improve
your interpersonal skills.
Below are the versions of DISC profiling packages we offer.
