Delivery process
Our delivery time to produce professional resume packages is 5 business days,
no earlier (except for the Executive Edge package which has a 2-3 week
turn-around). Individually purchased items such as cover letters, selection
criteria and other documentation is usually 3-5 business days depending on the
size of the project. Rush orders requiring a 24 to 48-hours or less turnaround,
and projects involving weekend and/or public holiday work may be subject to a
35% loading. Rush orders need to have approval by Keraijen before proceeding,
otherwise standard turnaround times apply.
Please note all resume packages are subject to the standard turnaround of 5
business days (or 2-3 weeks in the case of the Executive Edge package). We do
not offer a 24-48hour turnaround for resume packages as each package is
individually created to effectively market the individual. In order to create an
effective market document, quality time must be invested, therefore this process
cannot be completed within 24-48 hours.
Format
Work is completed in Microsoft Word and will be delivered to you
as a Word and PDF attachment via e-mail, which can be saved to diskette or CD.
